How long does it take to set up the bathtub, and how long does it take to fill the bathtub with water?
Setting up the bathtub takes about 3-5 minutes and is not complicated. We recommend filling the bathtub to about 75% so that the water level rises to the maximum after you get in. Filling the bathtub to this level takes about 20 minutes (when connected to a household tap).
How long should a cold bath in the Ice Zenith last?
It is recommended to take baths for 2 to 9 minutes.
You can also use a simple formula:
Water temperature = Bath time
1°C = 1 minute of bathing
3°C = 3 minutes of bathing
5°C = 5 minutes of bathing
How can I prepare for an ice bath?
It is recommended to eat a light meal or replenish your energy level before the bath to avoid feeling weak.

We recommend changing the water once a week. For cleaning, you can use dishwashing liquid and a sponge.
How long does the bathtub keep the water cold?
The Ice Zenith bathtub has walls made of three internal insulation layers, which turn it into a large thermos. Therefore, the water remains cold for a long time.
PRO TIP: to enhance the cooling effect, you can add ice in frozen ice cream boxes or bottles/containers with frozen water to the bath.
